Across the room, the St. James butler is a rolling bar cart, inspired from one that exists at a men’s club in London. He also offers a stationary bar called the Pulpit, whose base resembles an old cathedral pulpit. The spectator chairs that flank the Pulpit Bar are made so you can sit forward, or turn around and face the rest of the room and rest your arms on the back.
