How to Use String Art on a Wall

Add color and texture to the wall with a simple art project using yarn.

Materials:

pins
chenille yarn
hammer

Steps:

1. Tap the pins into the wall in either a random or planned design (the featured design used 18 pins).
2. Tie the end of the yarn to one pin, and then wrap the yarn around the others as desired. Change the yarn color halfway through and continue as above until satisfied.
3. Place pictures and favorite mementos between the strings for added interest.
