Enhancing a Dust Ruffle

Materials:

dust ruffle
fabric

Steps:

1. Sew together cuts of fabric to get the correct length to cover all three sides and hem one side of each panel, which will touch the floor. Pin pleats in place; pin the panel over the original dust ruffle, and then sew it on. Repeat for the other two sides.
