Funky Teenage Bedroom

The Solution
Interior designer Kristan Cunningham, along with design coordinators Dave Sheinkopf and Spencer Anderson, update the room with retro inspiration. An aqua and brown color scheme serves as a backdrop for the retro revamp, and a modern light fixture brightens the room. They use Almeida's own photography to create graphic artwork, build modular bookcases to frame a new futon and replace the work table with a Danish-American modern desk.
