Rustic and Relaxing Family Room Redo

Bonnie and Craig Blackson have found the perfect home in Park City, but their basement needs some work to make it a warm and open space for family and friends. The fireplace's duct work needs to be redone, and they'd like to disguise the huge shelf above the fireplace. The gorgeous views from the window are an essential part of the design, but they need some blinds to alleviate the glare from the sun.
