Steps:1. Pour thick embossing powder into melting pot and add 1 scoop of F-L-E-X additive. Cover pot and turn to highest heat. Allow approximately 15 minutes to melt (figure A).
2. Stir after melted using a nonstick Kool Toolz spatula.
3. Rub nonstick craft sheet with dryer sheet to reduce static cling. Ink stamp and stamp directly on the craft sheet (figure B).
4. Pour on Adirondack powder, tap off excess and heat emboss using heat gun. Once image is embossed, pour melted powder right over it (figure C).
5. Allow sufficient time for everything to solidify. It will remain warm to the touch when you peel it off of the craft sheet.
6. While waiting for it to harden, you can "age" your photocopy by applying some sepia dye ink with a sponge that has been tapped into the ink pad (figure D).
7. The embossed pattern will have transferred and imbedded into the "blob" of UTEE. Place "blob" on a tag die and run it through a die cut machine (figure E). It is strongly suggested that a professional-grade machine be used for this project as the UTEE is quite thick and will not work cut well on a small home unit.
8. Remove UTEE blob, which is now in two pieces, the frame and the tag (figure F).
9. Place four strips of Wonder Tape on the backside of the frame around the frame opening and stick photo to it (figure G).
10. Place UTEE frame on sheet of Wonder Tape, trace shape (figure H), and cut to fit the entire back of frame.
11. Remove Wonder Tape backing and place frame on decorative paper; cut around frame to fit. Now the back will have a finished appearance (figure I).
12. Add fibers to the tag and glue tag to frame using a strong glue (figure J).
13. Place embellishments on frame (figure K) and cut them to make it appear they fit perfectly around the frames perimeter.
