Elegant Tuscan Dining Room

The homeowners decide to use the expertise of interior designer Richard Schlesinger, who spices up the dining room with molding and decorative color. He drops the ceiling down a foot, but adds a large cutout with a beautiful painting of the sky. The 18th century Italian Provencal table is surrounded by formal chairs with a cabriolet leg and upholstered back. A chandelier in an antique bronze finish, along with the new sconces and painting above the buffet, create a European look in the space.
