To dress up the low ceiling and dull recessed lighting, Karen creates a shiny chandelier out of key rings, beads and wreath forms. She spray paints two wire floral wreath forms silver, and then strings together several strands of silver key rings and attaches the two wreath forms with them. Then she hangs more strings of key rings and strands of silver Christmas beads from the lower wreath form. The circular chandelier is hung from one of the canned lights to add texture and pizzazz.
