Dreamy Zen Bedroom Retreat

The couple now has the sanctuary of their dreams. A soothing color palette of taupe and robin's egg blue on the wall sets a tranquil energy in this bedroom retreat. Contemporary Asian furniture and natural materials bring in Zen elements and clean lines. Designer Kahi Lee designed the bed to act as a room within a room. The bed has floating end tables, a headboard and footboard, a canopy and light fixtures that frame it as a focal point and its own space within the larger room. The large-scale footboard actually houses the TV for cozy viewing. Kahi also hangs lined curtains that help absorb the noise from the street, creating a quiet space to curl up and relax.
