Peter Tow and Robin Thomsen transformed their 900-square-foot apartment from dark and cramped into an open space full of light. With efficiency and style in mind, they created a home where they can cook and entertain with maximum flexibility and comfort. And a special treatment added to the center of the apartment either exposes or hides the bedroom from the rest of the space.

Removing the wall between the living room and dining room turned the dark, little apartment into a bright, open space with the natural light from the windows flowing through both areas. The room is furnished with classic modern pieces in neutral colors with spots of color in the artwork and fresh flowers.
