The homeowner would like this space to function as a library and dining room, which is why she has upholstered seating in it. Unfortunately, the cream fabric and cream walls don't create the warmth associated with a library. Another upholstered piece on the opposite wall prevents a conversation area from being formed and the large expanse of windows could use some softening
