Hide CaptionShow CaptionThe homeowners are ready to make this outdated art studio, which has been empty for years, feel like part of their home.
After a two-year search for their dream home, John and Christina Curtin found everything they wanted in the coastal town of Kingston, Mass. Their arts-and-crafts-style home has nine rooms and a building in the back that once served as an artist's studio.

John and Christina's dream home was formerly owned by famous marine painter Marshall Joyce. His artist's studio has been empty for years and is extremely outdated, so the new homeowners want to make the detached building feel like part of their home. After countless hours of renovating the interior of their home, the Curtins are ready for some help in making the old studio into a cozy spot to hang out with friends and watch their favorite sports teams.
