The third floor is dedicated to the sleeping space and a small bath, while the office and a larger bath are located on the second floor at the bottom of a stairwell embellished with an arts-and-crafts banister. Designer Jean Courtney helped accommodate the unusual angles in the bedroom created by the multiple dormers and turret.
