After looking over the three designs, the couple decides to use the expertise of Troy Adams, who mixes Asian, European and American elements in a style he calls fusion design. In the kitchen, the work triangle includes a coffeemaker, a steam drawer and a six-burner stovetop. The granite flows seamlessly into the family room, creating an airy, open feeling, and the color of the cabinetry and bamboo floors fit in beautifully with the space.
