To decorate the massive wall, Friedman creates two floor-to-ceiling columns that are finished in Venitican plaster. The center section is painted a light mustard color and features three beveled mirrors and a large buffet with frosted glass. To give the surrounding walls more depth, she paints them a sage green. She plays up the detail of the ceiling by painting it a combination of metallic green and salmon and adding an Asian-style chandelier covered in orange silk. Flowing window treatment finish off the room.
