Colorful Contemporary Office Redesign

Homeowner and teacher Kim Haji isn't sure how to decorate her very long home office. She wants a bright and energetic space, but can't see past the clutter and her clunky old stuff. Host Karen McAloon and the Design Remix team shows her how to use bold colors and fun shapes to transform the messy office into a spacious, organized room that can both inspire students and entertain friends.

A lot happens in this room—and it shows. The boardroom table has an overwhelming presence in the space and pushing it against the wall doesn't give it the chance to do what it does best. The room needs cozy areas and destinations for specific activities. Right now it's not clear where to go for what.
