Materials and Tools:

wood
paint
small screws
screwdriver
plastic-coated wire

Steps:

1. Build frames to fit the shelf opening.

2. Measure and mark every inch along the inside of the top and bottom of the frames. Drill small screws into the frames at each mark, leaving them out enough for the wire to fit around them.

3. Wind plastic-coated wire vertically around each screw from top to bottom.
