Before and After: Old World Bedroom Makeover

Sandra and Alex have created a beautiful home that blends their Mexican and Argentinean heritages. Although these traditional influences are seen throughout their house, the style stops at the couple’s bedroom. Designer Kahi Lee and design coordinators Spencer Anderson and Abraham Hopkins set the tone for romance with a rustic Old World bedroom for two.

The homeowners were trying for a romantic look with soft flowing curtains and mottled blue walls. After finishing two walls, they decided they didn't like the result and abandoned the project. With the undressed bed and furnishings that don't fit their style, they know they still have a long way to go.
