Before and After: Modern Family Room Redesign

Two recessed shelves and a built-in bench are lined with slabs of natural onyx. The gorgeous stone serves as the inspiration for the room's color palette and works perfectly with the concept of bringing the outdoors in. Big space needs big art, so Kenneth pulled the colors from the room's fabrics and painted a stunning geometric canvas to hang along the expansive fireplace wall.
