Susan and Randy Byrne love the choices they've made in their living room but feel it lacks intimacy. So Leslie Teddy of By Arrangement Only comes along and gives a more intimate atmosphere to the formal living room.

She redistributes the furniture to focus the conversation area around the fireplace. The rest of the room is broken up into smaller groupings to make the room more inviting.

Before

The beautiful curves of the baby grand piano are exposed once it’s turned around to face the room. Many of the homeowner’s collectibles are grouped on one table to give greater impact to the design. A floral print placed above the fireplace echoes the upholstery on the two side chairs below.
