Tanya and Andre Roberson are a busy couple with two children and two careers — doesn't leave much time for decorating. Their master bedroom has been neglected, and they long for a space with style and function. Designer Kahi Lee and the Design on a Dime team create a contemporary and functional, yet romantic bedroom for just $1000.

The California king sized bed dominates the bedroom. The drab color palette and mismatched curtains don't reflect the sophisticated style of the homeowners. As the bedroom also doubles as an office, storage is a serious need right now. While they want the room to be functional, they also want it to become a retreat from their busy lives.
