When the owners of this home added an upstairs master bedroom, they wanted to create a relaxing retreat from their full-time jobs and the demands of raising a toddler. However, due to some poor color choices, the room ended up making them feel more stressed out than relaxed. They chose a contemporary shade of blue that clashed with their outdated, orangey-brown furniture.
