Interior designer Jane Moore and her husband Roy went to London on their honeymoon 20 years ago but they've kept a piece of it with them ever since. They wanted to purchase a special item to celebrate their marriage--Jane was thinking of a grandfather clock but Roy had another piece in mind. They ended up with a bust of the Duke of Wellington, who now occupies a corner of their royally red living room.

To decorate around this special piece, Jane went with a pairing of contrasts--formal with informal and black with white with a shot of red. All of the fabric features stripes of varying widths. Black and white prints throughout the room create a strong balance to the bold red walls.
