Hide CaptionShow CaptionThe 1915 home contains all of the classic arts-and-crafts-style elements, like stained-glass windows and beautiful woodwork and moldings.
On the far northwest side of Chicago is a small, historic neighborhood called the Villa. Its quiet shady streets are lined with houses built in the early 1900s that don't go on the market often. Five years ago when a For Sale sign appeared on the lawn of this beauty, Maureen Merrigan and Wendi Bundy snatched it right up.
