When buying patio furniture, look for materials that will stand up to the environment. David designed stacking wooden benches and tables out of redwood to provide extra seating when needed. When not in use, they are stored in a corner of the patio. Teak and redwood are good woods to use for outdoor tables. Also look for furniture that can be stacked or used in different ways. This ottoman is actually padded and provides comfortable seating. It's also solid enough to hold a drink or plate of food.
