Homeowner Flavia Cabrera lost nearly 200 pounds. She did it through hard work, old-fashioned dieting and the help of her supportive husband, Albert. To lose the weight and keep it off, Flavia has had to learn a whole new way of cooking and eating. To help her keep up her healthy, new lifestyle, designer Vern Yip is going to give her a brand new kitchen. Then as a surprise, he’ll turn the couple’s master bedroom into a romantic retreat.

The burners on the old stove don’t sit level anymore. There is enough storage in the boring, 20-year-old cabinets, but, much of it is hard to reach.
