To make fire sconces, lightly soak a sea sponge in gray paint and dab it on the outside surface of a wall sconce. After the paint dries, cut plastic gel sheets into the shape of flames. Attach the plastic flames to the inside of a light fixture using hot glue, making sure the plastic doesn't touch the light bulb.
