When Andy and Melinda moved into their 700-square-foot condominium in the city, they found the unit a bit claustrophobic and didn't know how to maximize the space. Melinda often works at home as a personal trainer and registered massage therapist, so she wanted the space to be relaxing and peaceful; Andy is an outdoorsman and wanted it to reflect his great love of nature.
