Materials Needed:

  • alphabet rubber stamps in two sizes
  • green, white and gold bakeable clay
  • square cookie cutter
  • ceramic tile
  • rolling pin
  • white lollipop stick
  • gold string or twine
  • wax paper
  • tissue paper
  • white gift box

Roll Clay

Roll out one color of clay onto wax paper until 1/4-inch thick.

Cut Square Shape

Press the cookie cutter into the rolled clay. Peel away the excess clay.

Stamp Holiday Saying

Transfer the square of clay onto the ceramic tile. Lay out the alphabet stamps in the saying you’d like to display. Here, I did "Glad Tidings." Use different-size letters for each line of text to give the ornaments a modern look.

Tip: It’s okay if you mess up. The clay can be rolled out numerous times and restamped.
