Materials and Tools:
dark blue paper
cloud patterned paper
sand patterned paper
blue, light blue and white
background paper
coordinating paper to mat photos
lettering template
pencil
scissors
1-1/2" square punch
1-1/4" square punch
adhesive
pen to journal (or use computer fonts)
Steps:
- To create the border, first design your background scene. Cut vellum, cloud and sand paper into 3" x 12" strips. Tear along the edge of each of the vellum sheets and the sand pattern paper.
