Materials and Tools:
2' x 3' piece of plywood, at least 1/4" thick.
plain cotton T-shirt
2' piece of string
1' x 2' piece of spandex
staple gun and staples
four 4-1/2" bricks
25 lbs. of plaster
20 lbs. of water
5 gallon bucket
stick to mix the plaster
15 lbs. of clay
#8 Sumi brush
some good music
1. Draw and then cut oval out of plywood board.
2. Staple T-shirt over oval hole and put board up on bricks.
3. Mix and pour plaster into T-shirt. Gravity will weigh it down, creating a bowl-shaped mold. Let dry.
