A few tugs to the wand are all you need to grab your kitty's attention and get her paws playing.Materials and Tools:
acrylic or wood dowel 3/8" and 18" long
2 vinyl or electrical caps sized to fit on dowel
hex nut
medium strength string or cording
scissors
glue gun
Steps:
1. Cut hole in one cap and pull string through. Pull this string through the hex nut and make a knot. Push hex nut into cap for a snug and secure fit.
2. Glue caps to both ends of the dowel.
3. Make a hitch knot at end of string so you can attach toys. Measure string and make sure it is around 2 1/2' long for the best results with spinner toys.
Tip: Opting for a strong cording from a camping store will help the wand last longer. For use with the Ring Neck Pheasant Spinner.
