Materials and Tools:
12' x 12" sheet of teal cardstock
12" x 12" sheet of wave print photo paper
2- 8-1/2" x 11" sheets of white and blue wavy corrugated paper
Rectangular frame or die-cut
Blue glitter pen
Blue and silver pigment cream
Fixative
4 Star brads, 16 silver eyelets and eyelet hole punch and setter
Blue threads/fibers
Small seashells
Foam tape
Glue
Steps:
- Die-cut 5 wavy blue and 5 wavy white rectangle frames. Set aside centers of all frames for mounting of photos and journaling later.
- Rub sapphire blue and silver metallic cream to accent blue wavy rectangle frames. Spray with fixative. Hole punch and set eyelets on opposing corners and punch hole for silver brads in third corner of each frame. Align white frames with blue frames and punch brad hole into white frame.
- Place frames on mounted wave photo print and teal papers and punch brad hole through background papers to secure frames to page.
