Materials:

green and blue metallic paint pens (Marvy)
8-1/2 x 11 sheet of white and teal green cardstock
lightweight vellum (Making Memories)
seahorse and conch shell stamp (Mostly Animals)
classic blue gel pen (Marvy)
spray adhesive

Steps:

Begin by filling a shallow pan with distilled water. Splatter metallic paint onto the water's surface by tapping the pens against each other over the pan. (Do not dip the pens into the water. This draws water up into the pen.). The paint will float on the surface of the water!
Swirl the paints together with a plastic knife.

Place a sheet of white cardstock right on top of the water and quickly lift up again. Let paper dry flat on a few paper towels (you may need to sandwich the dried marbleized paper under some heavy book to flatten).

Trim and mount marbleized paper on teal card stock.

To create photo mats, cut two vellum mats with 1/2" border around photos. Remove photos.

Ink conch stamp with metallic blue and green paint pens and stamp onto upper corner of one mat and lower corner of second mat.

Tear away opposing corner (from stamped image) of each mat. Tear around stamped image leaving only small portion of vellum intact. Insert photo under torn stamped corner and adhere all elements to page.

Repeat step 6 with seahorse stamp onto marbleized paper and add journaling around photos. (Chill pen in refrigerator to increase flow of ink and add a thin cushion under vellum when journaling.)
