Designer Lizzie McGraw shows how to make a personalized keyholder to help you and your family members keep track of all those keys.
Materials and Tools:
old door handle
piece of scrap wood
coat-rack hook or teacup hooks
drill
decoupage glue
Steps:
- Glue an old door handle onto a piece of scrap wood.
- Drill on a hook to hold the keys.
- Take a photograph (or photocopy of a photograph) of family members, then use decoupage glue to attach the photos to the wood above where that family member's keys should go.
- You could even include a picture of the family dog above the hook for its leash.
