Rosemary Kimble was living in Atlanta and making costumes when she paid a visit to New Orleans and immediately felt at home. So she packed up and relocated and now her costumes are a big hit during Mardi Gras.
Materials and Tools:
hot glue sticks and glue gun
1. Apply light coat of oil to Plexiglas®.
2. Draw design of melted glue onto the Plexiglas®, making sure that each segment is well attached to the next. Let the glue dry about five minutes.
