white embossing powder
metal mesh panel
metal letters
spatula
eyelets and mini brads
old toothbrush
Steps:
- Begin by applying cement with spatula (figure A) on black cardstock (just like frosting a cake). Frost all over, allowing some areas to be thick and some to be thin.
