Tearing strips of paper, and then rolling up the torn edge can easily create this background page. Bring the page to life by adding pictures of sea creatures.

Certain areas of the world are known by a specific climate. London is one of those places—with fog and rainy skies most of the year. After you have created a page for your pictures, set the mood of a cloudy day by adding gray chalk to each letter of the title.

Emphasize a black and white photo with color. Print out a title, and then cut out each word with an craft knife. Accentuate the title by placing brightly colored paper behind the title.
