Simply Quilts visits quilt maker Andi Perejda to see how she creates visually stunning pieced circles based on an antique quilt design. Inspired by a red-and-white pieced circle quilt named one of the 100 best quilts of 20th century, Andi used her scientific background to formulate the pattern for the radiating circle motif. Using her surprisingly simple method, Andi achieves a wonderful optical illusion.
