Alex Tip: Rotary Cutting Mat Storage

Quilting expert Alex Anderson offers a great tip for storing rotary cutting mats. Rather than leaning rotary cutting mats against the wall where they can fall over and crack or store them on a table where the sun can damage them — store them with simple pant hangers.

Clip the hanger to the short end of the mat, hang it in the closet and it’s easily accessible when you're ready to cut those next blocks!
