Host Pat Simpson takes us through a major residential remodeling project of 1920s bungalow that is getting modernized into a contemporary bungalow. Homeowners Tom and Lyn along with their designer, Wayne Anderson walk us through the project and show us what plans they have in store for this whole house remodel. Twelve months of construction is also documented. At the end, Pat, Wayne, Tom and Lyn give us the final tour of the finished home.
