A Minneapolis duplex, owned by a partner in a design/build firm, undergoes a complete remodel. Host Pat Simpson takes us through the remodel, from beginning to end, introducing us to the homeowner, Mark, and the designer, Jeff Nicholson. After seeing the highlights of construction, we get to tour the completed home, inside and out, comparing the "befores" and "afters" along the way.

Then, in the final segment, we feature before and after photos of completed whole house remodels. This episode's photos were submitted by homeowners Jan and Michael Liverant. They turned their ordinary home into a Colorado paradise.
