Ultimate Christmas Bathroom

Lighting: The ultimate bathroom will have lighting that adjusts for everything from a close shave to a soothing bath. For a romantic holiday look, dim the lights and add candles or a few star pendant lights. Feeling a bit more festive? Hang a string of tiny Christmas lights, novelty lights or even lighted ornaments instead. If your ultimate bath includes a chromatherapy tub, coordinate its underwater lights with your other bathroom lighting.

Don't forget everyone's favorite holiday light: firelight. More and more ultimate bathrooms feature fireplaces, with the bedroom and master bath often sharing a fireplace. It's a great way to tie the entire suite together with a holiday atmosphere; chestnut roasting is not required.
