One of the hottest trends in cities across the country continues to be urban renewal. Twenty-nine-year-old Erin Segars and her dog Vegas live in a very cool, refurbished three-story flat that is hipper than most 20-somethings could ever dream of, except the master bathroom.

With the help of designer Esther Golightly, Erin's boring master bathroom was transformed into a stylish space that is more in tune with the rest of her trendy flat.
