After years of designing kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms for her clients, Georgia-based designer Jodie Hammesfahr decided it was time to put her considerable design skills to work on her own home.
She wanted her home to be her masterpiece — a reflection of her vibrant and daring style. With a little help from her creative colleague Andrew Jackson, her home was transformed. And no space in her newly refurbished home captures her creative sensibilities quite like her master bathroom. Here’s how she did it:
- Jodie wanted a clean, unfussy bathroom free of clutter. She also wanted the space to have an oceanlike feel. To accomplish this, she chose white cabinets and solid-surface countertops for a stylish yet simple look. The blue jewel knobs on the cabinets add just the right amount of sparkle.
