Glue the Ribbon
Squeeze a heavy amount of washable fabric glue onto the bottom side of the ribbon.
Position the Ribbon
Press the ribbon into place and apply pressure until it's completely dry.
Tip: When the glue appears to be dry, gently tug on the ribbon to make sure it's holding well. If not, lift up any loose edges and apply more fabric glue as needed.
Glue the Ribbon Down
Squeeze more fabric glue onto the entire bottom edge of the ribbon and press it into place every few inches. Check to make sure it remains 8 inches from the edge of the shower curtain at all times.
Repeat steps 2-9 to create the remaining three sides of the ribbon border. Use as much glue as necessary to make sure all mitered edges of the ribbon are securely glued down.
