Materials Needed:
- fabric ribbon
- plain, white shower curtain
- ink pen
- drafting triangle
- measuring tape or ruler
- scissors
- washable fabric glue
Measure and Pin
Using a measuring tape or ruler, measure 8 inches in around the entire outside edge of the shower curtain; mark each of the measurements with pins. Mark all the corners and a few spots in between all the corners so the ribbon will be 8 inches from the edge of the curtain all the way around.
Draw an Angle
To create clean, mitered edges on the ribbon, use a drafting triangle to draw a 45-degree angled line across the end of it.
Cut the Ribbon
Carefully cut on the inside of the line to prevent ink from showing once it's attached to the shower curtain.
