The gold was harvested out of the bathroom and replaced with a springtime color palette and a square theme. The walls are painted silvery blue, then topped off with white crown molding. A border of small, dark-blue squares is stenciled around the perimeter of the room. To continue the squares, the floor is covered with large and small tile laid in a pinwheel pattern.

A new, 24-inch-deep bathtub with colorful chromotherapy allows the homeowners to set the mood when they take a relaxing soak. There is no longer a soffit above the tub, so the shower doesn't feel confining anymore. The walls of the shower are covered in gorgeous 12" x 12" porcelain tile. The small accent tile matches the accent tile on the floor and lines up with the square stencils on the walls. The gold and black toilet is replaced with a sleek, square-based model. Bruised knees are no longer a worry, as the standard door gets replaced with a space-saving pocket door.
