Beach-Inspired Bathroom

Sarra and Mike Latendorf have the perfect bathroom for the mountains of Colorado. Too bad they live at the beach in New Jersey. The shellacked wooden walls, sizzling heat lamps, unforgiving mirrors and gigantic hot tub prove that this bathroom is severely out of place. Other issues include a dated toilet, leaky shower and boring flooring. Designer Krista Watterworth and Carpenter Steven Whittle attempt to bring this bathroom back to the beach.
