Measure and Cut Wood
With a circular saw, measure, mark and cut a 32-inch length of reclaimed wood for the base of the wine rack.
Measure and Cut Dowels
Measure and cut 18 3/4-inch wood dowels at nine inches in length.
Mark Horizontal Lines
From the top of the wine rack base, measure and mark at six inches. Then proceed down, marking every four inches. Using a speed square, draw a light horizontal line across the wood at those marks.
